Hi! I am Melissa McCullough, a local REALTOR® with Real Broker. I represent homeowners all over the valley, but my primary focus is Active Adult communities. I possess a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) designation, which gives me valuable insight and knowledge about the senior population that allows me to better serve my clients. 

Before becoming a real estate professional, I spent several years working as a Community Manager for Homeowners Associations. I worked onsite at an Active Adult Community and managed portfolios of homeowner and developer-controlled communities as well as condo associations. These roles have provided me with a wealth of information about new builds, desert landscapes, and everything HOA related.

I am an Illinois native and relocated to the Phoenix area in 2014 so I understand how daunting it can be to pack up everything and move across the country. I possess a Bachelor of Arts degree in Nonprofit Administration and am passionate about giving back and serving others. I am extremely supportive of our military. My other passions include cooking, hiking, golfing, traveling, and photography. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Ira, and our 3 rescue dogs, Ernie, Ollie, and Bogey.
